JOB DESCRIPTION

Chubb is seeking to hire a Production Services Manager (PSM) to provide leadership and drive operational excellence across multiple locations. This role will be accountable for management of all rate, book, and issuance activity for our supported business units (over 500,000 work requests annually). This role requires a high degree of process and people management skills that drive team execution, producing strong business results and world-class service delivery. The PSM is a member of the NA Operations team and reports to the Senior Vice President of Processing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the Processing Service Representative role, inclusive of team leads, assistant managers, and managers.
• Utilize talent, resource capacity management and technology to deliver a high-quality work product within the identified Service Level Agreements.
• Manage Processing Center inventory through effective use of all available resources (people and technology).
• Identify and execute process improvement initiatives & strategies that drive process reengineering and automation which reduce overall average handling times and facilitate our ability to scale support while keeping expenses in check.
• Differentiation of employee performance, facilitation of employee development, and building an inclusive & motivated team.
• Effective collaboration and partnership with leadership in Branches, Underwriting, and Home Office.
• Must be willing to exhibit managerial courage in decision-making, embrace change, exercise adaptability and flexibility,
• Commitment to innovation and possess excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Ensure all staff and workflows adhere to and promote Chubb's Data Security policies and procedures.
• A strong knowledge and expertise in applicable Chubb systems (CUW, WIP, Cognos, Policy View ) is a must.
• Candidates must have at least 5 years of insurance operations and unit management experience.
