The registered nurse develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines.
Labor and Delivery, R2S, has 13 labor beds, 6 high risk beds and 3 surgical suites. The patient population includes antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum patients. The unit skill mix includes RNs PCAs, OR Tech and Patient Service Representatives.
