Job Description:

Western Slope Health Center is dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive environment. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Director to join our team and ensure our facility is well-maintained and safe for residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all maintenance and repair tasks for the facility


• Ensure the building and grounds are in excellent condition


• Conduct regular inspections and address any maintenance issues promptly


• Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers


• Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations


• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs


• Manage maintenance staff and schedule work assignments

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare setting


• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing


• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong communication and leadership abilities


• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred
