Here’s What You’ll Get To Do   

• Cover for counter party (crane operator will cover each other when on vacation)


• Oversee practical training for any employees cross-training in the same role.


• Maintain area clean by performing 5S (power washing cathodes, cleaning sliding windows, and clearing trash daily).


• Complete 5S and DTM boards daily.


• Anodize and color material.


• Communicate any alarms to the supervisor and maintenance.


• Communicate any issues with cranes to upcoming Tech.


• Record downtown both in paper and ignition.

Here’s What We’re Looking For    

• Read written instructions and follow verbal instructions


• Basic computer skills


• Must be able to communicate with all levels of management and demonstrate process.


• Assist with training related Key Process Review program.


• Must be able to work for 12-hour periods nights or days as needed.


• Must have very good interpersonal skills and display the ability to train.


• Knowledge of all anodize tank chemistry.


• Knowledge of ignition and anodize process.


• Demonstrate competency in the diagnosis and troubleshooting of various cranes.


• Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime.

Physical Requirements    

• Stand and walk for entire shift on concrete, up to 12 hours


• Twist, bend and kneel


• Lift, push, pull or move up to 75lbs individually or 150lbs with a partner


• Grasp metal and turn hooks and clamps by hand


• Lift aluminum extrusions overhead and at head level individually and with a partner


• Requires constant reaching, handling and grasping while turning of upper body while moving and lifting


• Visual acuity to inspect aluminum for various quality flaws


• Proper wear of all required Personal Protective Equipment


• Temperatures are consistent with same outdoor climate conditions of the region (Heat, humidity, etc.)
