Marketing Director, Immuno-Oncology at AstraZeneca in Gaithersburg, Maryland

This role is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement a robust commercial execution strategy for Immuno-Oncology (IO) indications. You will collaborate with key partners across various departments to develop strategy and execution plans. Accountabilities:

As a Marketing Director, you will lead the commercial marketing strategy and execution planning for IO indications. You will identify opportunities for recognizing efficiencies and synergies with other indications. Your role will involve cross-functional planning for customer engagement, evidence generation needs, sales readiness, and promotional execution. You will monitor indication performance, prepare updates for the brand team, and work closely with sales teams to ensure execution pull through.



Essential Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field


• 5 years of pharma in-line marketing in an ex-US or US market


• Proven market execution delivery, with KPI movement


• Exhibit high capability at working collaboratively, thinking strategically


• Proven proficiency in marketing, across channels and across HCP and Consumer audiences

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in US oncology marketing


• Customer facing Oncology Experience


• Experience leading an Oncology marketers
