Job Description:

Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH) is growing! We are seeking a talented Facilities Manager to join our dynamic CCI Facility Support Services, LLC, a subsidiary of BBCH.

We need a team player paving the way to a successful facility maintenance project. The ideal candidate is experienced working in the facility maintenance industry and has exceptional leadership skills. We provide leadership opportunities which include management of multiple projects, staff, and nationwide estimating across locales and coordination with team members nationwide.


Responsibilities

  • Procurement of subcontractors, coordination, organization, and supervision of maintenance activities to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and upholding high-quality standards and safety regulations.
  • This is an on call 24/7/365 role with a federal government installation and response and coordination is required
  • All contract deliverables must be met, and all activities must be performed in accordance with FAR
  • Analyze project Request for Proposals (RFPs) and plans, collaborating with executives to define project objectives effectively.
  • Efficiently oversee labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors within the allocated time and budget.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, field staff, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage the evaluation and acquisition of subcontracts, labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Supervise the project closely to promptly address out-of-scope work requests, unforeseen conditions, and time impacts.
  • Work closely with subcontractors and clients to develop and revise project schedules.
  • Perform quality control and safety management, surveillance, inspections, site safety orientation, activity-specific training, and enforcement
  • Develop and scrutinize project budgets and cost estimates meticulously
  • Manage and approve subcontractor invoices
  • Review and execution of subcontracts and Purchase Orders
  • Manage project from proposal stage through closeout
  • Handle any issues that arise resulting from unforeseen conditions
  • Effectively manage and build teamwork within the project execution team
  • Manage subcontractors through project completion
  • Direct project activities to ensure conformance to project budget, plans, specs, and schedule
  • Track the financial performance of projects
  • Prepare project reports for management and clients



Qualifications

  • 8+ years of related experience in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), service call and/or facility maintenance environment
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Trade license a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to help troubleshoot and solve technical issues relating to facility maintenance
  • Federal experience a plus
  • Strong customer service ability
  • Must be US citizen and pass criminal background check to access military installations



Physical Requirements


This position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; frequent opportunity to move about and to work outside the office environment for extended periods involving exposure to the elements with weather that will include extreme heat, cold, wind, rain or other inclement weather, walking over rough and uneven surfaces, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds. If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including but not limited to; hard hats, steel toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection. Working Conditions


Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and loud noise.
