Accounting Analyst at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Dallas, Texas

Job Description:

The Accounting Analyst will have experience in the following:

• Process full cycle AP invoices for payment


• Generate invoices for billing purposes


• Post AR payments to accounts and handle cash applications


• Reconcile AP vendor statements and AR accounts


• Research and resolve AP and AR discrepancies

Requirements

• Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)


• Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience preferred
