Point of Sale Supervisor

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a(n) Point of Sale and Chargeback Quality Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leads the Point of Sale team: selecting, training, supporting, coaching, developing, supervision, managing performance of direct reports.


• Leads operational relationship with stakeholders to reduce errors, improve data quality and improve overall process.


• Makes recommendations and executes opportunities to improve processes, systems, workflow etc.


• Demonstrates commitment to accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.


• Provides input and assistance to Senior Manager to maintain established performance goals.


• Motivates team members to achieve SLAs and team performance goals.


• Proactively addresses and resolves issues that may impact customer satisfaction, cash flow, employee attrition and cost.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND five (5) years of point of sale and chargebacks experience in the medical industry.

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from AND nine (9) years point of sale and chargebacks experience in the medical industry.

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 2+ years of experience in managing transitions for teams responsible for a transactional process.

• Deep understanding of SAP/Vistex and SFDC. Advanced Excel skills


• Data analysis proficiency


• Demonstrated ability to drive E2E process improvements in the space of chargebacks and point of sale


• Strong business acumen and leadership skills


• Proven ability to work with cross functional teams


• Work well under pressure, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills (verbal & written)


• Ability to think strategically, translate strategies into tactical implementation

Work location: Remote - US - Minnesota - Maplewood

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
