Responsibilities
As the Northeast Division Administrative Assistant, you will report to the Division President (DP) and Assistant Division President (ADP) to provide day-to-day, front-line administrative and reporting support. You will learn our business and serve as part of a team whose passion is to deliver exceptional service and expertise for families and businesses alike.
The successful candidate will possess the following abilities and will be responsible for:
Acting as an extension of DP and ADP by sending emails, answering questions, and responding to general requests both internally and externally.
Reviewing business sensitive information and processes, analyzing reports, determining where the gaps are, what is missing, and addressing these inconsistencies.
Maintaining calendars; scheduling meetings, events and interviews as needed, exercising considerable judgment and discretion in handling requests for appointments and calls, routing them to others as necessary.
Working closely with Regional Administrative Assistants on division initiatives—such as collections to reduce bad debt.
Overseeing audit division accounts payable, operation controls and collection processes.
Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques that provide valuable insights and guide decision making across the business.
Gathering, building and analyzing daily reports from Excel
Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints with care and maintaining documentation in the division customer service log.

Qualifications
Candidates must have the ability to travel within the territory approximately 1-2 times per quarter and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations. We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws. This includes completing a drug test and having a valid driver’s license.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated ability to efficiently organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate or Advanced).
Considerable knowledge of data processing and entry procedures, as well as database management.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
Excellent writing skills for generating clear, concise release notes and documentation.
Candidates must be able to work without close supervision and possess the following qualifications:
Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time.
Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
