Job Description:

As a Government Property Specialist, you will contribute to a fast-paced innovative team with responsibility to ensure Government, Customer, and Raytheon owned property is efficiently managed and in compliance with Raytheon business processes, contract requirements, and regulations. The role will administer and/or maintain aspects of the Property Management System including support of one or multiple property lifecycle areas (i.e., acquisition, receiving, identification, utilization, maintenance, inventory, relief of stewardship, or contract closure).

This position requires working on assignments as a member of our property team to perform and support research, audits, analysis, and system transactions by creating, reviewing, approving, and correcting property records, reports, and systems.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

Update property databases as property items transition between customer locations.

Assure contract compliance related to handling of customer property.

Transactional activity and reporting for designated programs.

Provide suggestions for streamlining processes.

Interface with site leadership and functional personnel to support compliance with established processes and procedures.

Support internal and third-party audits and drive corrective actions identified from those activities.

Generate, provide, and present property reporting information and metrics.

Conduct physical inventory activities of customer property, including records reconciliation and reporting.

Perform property closeout activities including any disposition actions and/or loss of customer property reports for assigned programs.

Requirements:

Must be 21+ years of age.

Must have current and valid driver's license.

Position requires regular bending and lifting of up to 50lbs.

5+ years of security, military, or law enforcement experience required.

Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a MN security license.

Must be able to obtain and maintain and a DoD Secret clearance.

Must be able to obtain and maintain government property credentials (CPPS Cert) through National Property Management Association (current certification preferred).

Minimum 2 years physical inventory and/or material handling experience.

Microsoft office Excel and Word

Additional Desired Experience and Skills:

Government Property Management experience preferred.

Knowledge of FAR 52.245-1 and ability to read and apply regulatory and contractual requirements.

SAP experience or other property management system experience preferred.

Experience working to Government contract requirements.

Experience supporting DCMA and customer audits.
