Job Description:

Key Activities/Responsibilities


  • Safely operate extremely high-pressured water-blast units to remove pavement markings.

  • Properly prepares equipment and worksite daily. Arrive at office or jobsite on time, in uniform, properly groomed and ready to work.

  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on waterblast units.

  • Follow Blasters safety standards.

  • Participate in practical and manual activities daily.

  • Engage in strenuous physical labor.

  • Must be willing and able to work nights environments during an 8–12-hour shifts.

  • Effectively communicate with the Crew Lead or Field Supervisor on area such as safety, quality, and integrity.

  • Must be willing and able to travel 50%

  • Perform other duties as directed.

Requirements


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 - 5 years of hands-on experience operating various heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, etc. preferred.

  • Ability to physically control industrial hydro-blasting and vacuum equipment.

  • Basic mechanical skills, preferred.

  • Ability to carry/move up to 50 Lbs.

  • Ability to perform manual labor in an outside setting.

  • Ability to work over an 8-12 hour shift if required. May be called out for Emergency response.

  • Ability to perform duties in accordance with training and standard operating procedures.
