About the Position:

• Our Parts Accounting Clerk at our Great Falls, MT location is responsible for ordering and maintaining our Caterpillar and Allied parts on a daily basis.


• Works closely with the Parts Counter Sales and warehouse personnel.


• Maintains our parts inventory for our customers and branch stores.


• Responsible for processing parts claims and coding parts invoices.  

Qualifications & Experience Needed:

• Must have a valid driver's license.


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Minimum of 2-3 years' parts and clerical experience.


• Computer skills in using DBS, SIS and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Self-motivated and attention to detail.
