SUMMARY



The Project Coordinator will support and assist with project planning, organizing and executing project tasks.


This is a Part-Time position.


As a federal contractor, CNI is a drug-free workplace and adheres to the Federal Controlled Substance Act.



ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS



Must be able to obtain government public trust clearance.


Demonstrated experience with preparing executive level briefs, summaries, presentations, situation reports, management reports and other high-level communications.



KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Directs completion of tasks within estimated timeframes.


Interfaces with Government management personnel, including the CO and COTR.


Reports in writing and orally to Contractor management and Government representatives.


Assists in developing pre-assessment and post-training evaluation.


Analyzes response data and translates the data into an actionable plan and drives the outcome reporting metrics to the client.


Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor's instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.


Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



Bachelor's degree in public Workforce, such as Public Administration, Social Work, or related field; a minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience supporting projects and programs, or equivalent education/experience. Indian and Native American workforce experience is preferred.



JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES



Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.


Proficient in creating data-driven presentations and monthly project status reporting.


Ability to meet established schedules and deadlines.


Familiarity with financial management principles and budgeting.


Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


Strong organizational and time management skills.



LANGUAGE SKILLS



Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.



MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.



REASONING ABILITY



Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.
