Job Title: Product Coordinator - Men's Footwear

Reports to: Sr. Product Line Manager

Location: Goleta, CA

The Role

Under the direct supervision of the Sr. Product Line Manager, the Product Coordinator will assist in executing the overall product strategy and will support the Product Team in executing the brand strategy, as well organization of trend and market research, competitive landscape, sample organization, and management of category line sheets/worksheets.

The Product Coordinator will provide tactical support for Senior Product Line Manager and Product Line Managers throughout product line life cycle from concept to go-to-market. Product Coordinator will assist PLM Team with a variety of daily administrative functions to ensure smooth operational flow across the category product organization - including translating the global product line into Flex PLM, working with development and design teams to define product requirements and determining final product specifications for both existing styles and new development and collaborating with other cross-functional team members on Sales Operations, Marketing, and Copywriting.

We'd love to hear from people with

• 6 months - 3 years related experience in retail/wholesale, product line design and/or development, merchandising, etc. with fashion footwear preferred.


• Experience performing administrative tasks, adhering to project calendars, and executing against deadlines.

• Business acumen - able to quickly analyze and comprehend financial, marketing, and sales information.


• Basic understanding of product merchandising concepts and process


• Analytic ability to process complex data and information.


• Proficient in Microsoft Applications - specifically MS Excel & PowerPoint.


• Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, cross functional partners, and other employees of the organization in a timely manner.


• Ability to prepare and apply analytics to assist with global merchandising, SKU rationalization, price architecture, and seasonal flow.


• Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities with the ability to pivot when priorities shift.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
