What you will enjoy doing*


  • You will partner with LAMT's Vice President - PGT, and other functional staff, to identify operational and financial issues and implement corrective action plans, as appropriate, across all sites globally (US and Singapore)

  • In this role, you will oversee a support staff of one direct with indirect guidance for other members of the team

  • This position is responsible for monthly reporting on the consolidated financial results, forecast and variances on the ~$150M total business including key business drivers, financial consulting, and financial statement/reports

  • You will liaise with shared services in Indianapolis to ensure appropriate accounting treatment for transactions in the business unit

  • You will also partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality functions to identify cost out opportunities and be accountable for optimizing working capital for total business


What makes you great


  • You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines

  • If you have a CPA or MBA, this is preferred

  • You will need 7+ years in an operations or manufacturing environment, and experience within equipment manufacturing organizations preferred

  • You must have systems experience: Oracle financial system, Hyperion Essbase; Familiarity with Tableau and/or Power BI is a plus

  • You must be able to effectively develop relationships and partner with the business to drive results and be able/willing to travel up to 10%
