Job Description:

Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in our hiring process by screening candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a keen eye for identifying top talent and a passion for matching the right candidates with the right roles.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Candidate Screening:



    • Review and screen incoming resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for various roles.

    • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and source potential candidates.

    • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.




  • Resume Review:



    • Assess resumes and cover letters to determine candidates' suitability for specific positions.

    • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on resume evaluations.

    • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).




  • Initial Interviews:



    • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, motivations, and alignment with company values and job requirements.

    • Prepare and present summaries of candidate interviews to hiring managers.

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional process.




  • Collaboration:



    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.

    • Provide insights and recommendations on candidate selection and hiring strategies.

    • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a cohesive approach to talent acquisition and onboarding.




  • Reporting and Analytics:



    • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate sources, and interview-to-offer ratios.

    • Identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.




  • Candidate Experience:



    • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

    • Address candidate inquiries and provide timely updates on their application status.





  • Qualifications:



    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role.

    • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


    Preferred Skills:



    • Experience with high-volume recruitment or recruiting for diverse roles.

    • Familiarity with employment laws and best practices.

    • Certification from a professional HR organization (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
