We are seeking a qualified individual to join our Talent team. This individual's primary responsibility is to support the talent team in all phases for the Americas division with a focus on training support. Administering programs and support relating to all phases of talent and human resources activities by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Promotes the culture, the mission and vision, and the core values of the company. This includes adherence to and promotion of the company safety beliefs, employee engagement, competencies, code of conduct, and other policies and procedures. Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions. Administers the learning management system including the maintenance of training records, training resources/materials, and associated learning dashboards/metrics. Generates and maintains records for data tracking and metrics reporting as required. Collecting data for training needs and analysis and reporting purposes Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to align talent objectives and priorities. Serves as point of contact for learning management system questions and troubleshooting. Administers training system requests, serves as point of contact, and troubleshooting issues. Coordinates and assists with designing, facilitating, and presenting training. Assists with event planning for in-person and virtual learning events/activities. Creates presentations and analysis in evaluation and execution of learning and development initiatives. Supports recruiting and performance management initiatives as needed. Coordinate and collect information for the Scholarship Program Assists with planning and organizing community involvement and outreach. Administers programs such as the Internship Program and Manufacturing Day Assists Talent Manager to develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the talent, recruitment, and development processes. Develops printed and electronic talent department communications internally and externally to support the talent goals and objectives. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Human Resources or similar; and five years minimum related experience in human resources, with a focus on talent.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong administrative skills; as well as excelling in perseverance, resilience, and innovative thinking. Advanced level of technical skills including, but not limited to, all Microsoft Office Applications, ADP or employee lifecycle/human resources information systems, Applicant Tracking System, Recruiting Management systems, and presentation software. Knowledge of Social Media marketing a plus Proven project management skills required. Exceptional communication skills both orally and written on a corporate level. Demonstrates quick and effective problem-solving skills. SHRM certification required. SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
