Your Role:

Under the direction of a Senior Application Engineer, you will be working to automate business processes, manage data, and develop mobile and web applications. Strong problem solving and customer service skills are necessary to support an enterprise workflow automation environment. You should be able to provide examples of applications you have previously worked on. Experience working with JavaScript and Python scripting languages is a must. Excellent communication skills are essential in order to interface with internal customers to gather project requirements and identify areas for enhancement involving automation and integration. Must have the ability to create and manage business user expectations including meeting deadlines; moving between multiple projects; and, have a strong ability to self-study to learn new technology.

• Research and develop new technology and features into existing applications and services.

• Analyze, understand, and document the business processes in detail where required.

• Create workflow diagrams and translate business end user requirements.

• Complete business end user write-ups of the process analysis, considering process viability and complexity factors.

• Create and maintain process automation documentation.

• Problem solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of business end user automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.

• Actively work to resolve defects and eliminate issues with data accuracy.

• Assist in the development of automated document and data merge scripts.

• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.

• Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.

• Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.

• Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of development experience in any of the programming/scripting. languages/platforms - C# / TypeScript / Python.

• 3+ years of development in ASP.NET APIs.

• 2+ years of advanced knowledge of Ionic and Angular frameworks.

• 3+ years Microsoft SQL or related database experience including vector databases.

• 2+ years Devops CI-CD pipelines and GIT processes.

• Experience with KanBan/Agile development procedures/processes.

• Familiarity with process / workflow mapping, including Microsoft Visio (or Equivalent) and/or Figma is a plus.

• Familiarity with requirements gathering and analysis is a plus.
