What you will be responsible for

As a Complex Operations AVP you will:

• Responsible for performing assigned, complex daily operations and processes.

• Ensure team is achieving accuracy and meeting pre-determined deadlines as set out in service level agreements

• Manage internal and external client relationships and handle daily operation related queries

• Act as primary contact and key escalation point; provide technical expertise to resolve problems

• Propose and work to implement workflow changes and supporting technical solutions leading to improved productivity and profitability.

• Identify and analyze operations risks related to current and potential business and recommend procedural changes as needed

• Lead and participate in projects across the department, particularly those to mitigate risk, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional client service

• Conduct periodic performance reviews; provides ongoing counsel, training, development and motivation of staff.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred

• 5-7 years of relevant industry experience required

• Demonstrated managerial, leadership and decision making abilities

• Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal planning, and analytical skills

• Ability to effectively bring individuals from multiple areas together to resolve identified issues.

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word).

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $153,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
