Data Analyst II
As a Data Analyst II you will play a crucial role in maintaining and assuring consistency of all SAP requirements and associated touch points with other functional departments. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of release and change documentation, monitoring product structures builds, and evaluating and making required changes in SAP for existing materials.
Responsibilities
- Assure accuracy and completeness of release and change documentation
- Audit and monitor product structures builds from item master to complete Bills of Materials and Routings for new products
- Evaluate and make required SAP changes for existing materials, product Bills of Material, and Routings based on Manufacturing Change Proposals (MCP), Special Job Work Orders (SJWO), and Product Change Notices (PCN)
- Document and maintain ECM history for product changes
- Create master data audit tools/programs and perform cleansing activities
- Provide basic data extracts from Rochester SAP systems upon request
- Foster effective communication between different departments to ensure accurate and high-quality data input within SAP.
- Provide technical SAP input on development teams for successful integration to manufacturing
- Collaborate with Finance to develop effective SAP costing methods
- Provide training and monitor SAP input for accuracy and correctness
- Assist in product transfers onto the Rochester SAP System
- Provide master data assistance on product label projects
Requirements
- Diploma / GED with equivalent experience required
- Bachelor's degree in business, systems, or data science preferred
- High levels of data accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and practical business knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships across different functional areas
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts)
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $60,000.00-$90,000.00.
