BHN is looking for a hire of a Healthcare OTP Billing Account Receivable Representative!

Join our Healthcare Billing/AR team as an OTP Billing AR representative!

• Reviewing and Approving OTP billing


• Investigating denial and EOB


• Investigate and understand Medicare and ACO/MCO's


• Payment rate reconciliation


• Conducting audits and review of assigned claims and denials.


• The role will require both manual and electronic processing of a high volume of billing denials.

• High School Diploma or GED required.


• Must have strong knowledge of medical insurance billing and collections with CPT, ICD10, and HCPC coding and medical terminology as well as an overall understanding of managed care products (HMO, PPO, ACO, MCO.etc.)


• Ability to work independently, remotely and maintain daily and monthly routines as well as preserve the integrity of the EHR.


• Ability to read and understand explanations of benefit (EOB).


• Strong working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid benefits.


• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.


• Good attention to detail.


• Good team player.


• Great attitude and time management skills.


• Basic Microsoft work & Excel competency.


• Keeping accurate billing records, report, and discrepancies.


• Competency in keeping track of AR and ensure that payers are paying at the right rate.
