A Day in the Life
Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible to supervise the manufacturing areas, assuring all the manufacturing elements are cover complying with the different kpi's of the organization. Promoting a Safety and healthy environment for our associates modeling our Medtronic mindset with the highest Quality standards, providing product on time to our patients.

Available third shift
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Promotes a healthy environment culture for his assigned areas.


• Assure all safety elements are in compliance and the usage of PPE are followed.


• GMP knowledge to assure every day our process and practice is in compliance. Perform Internal Quality audits.


• Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in the production areas to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery and cost goals.


• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency and materials supply.


• Makes budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.


• Selects and develop personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function.


• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.


• Management Skills: Management of Financial and Material Resources, Critical Thinking, Management of Personnel Resources, Collaboration and Productivity Software, Effective Communication Skills.


• Functional Skills: Proficient computer skills(Excell, Power point, Data Science and Analysis, Lean Manufacturing and continues improvement.

Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Requires 1+ years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have:

• Experience in a Medical device manufacturing environment


• Educational: Bachelor Degree


• Previous experience providing work direction to people preferred


• Fluency speaking and writing in English and Spanish


• Computer Literate (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)


• Leadership skills
