Nabors Drilling Solutions is an oil and gas service company and a division of Nabors Drilling Technologies USA, Inc.  With offices in Alaska, North Dakota, Northeast, Wyoming, East/South/and West Texas, we are positioned to service both the North American and International marketplaces. Our workforce, like our technology, is rapidly expanding and looking for a qualified Coordinator.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Coordinator provides administrative support for multiple product lines, which include revenue tracking, activity tracking system maintenance, issuing purchasing requests and other various ad-hoc tasks. 


  • Maintain and update revenue tracking systems

  • Prepare field tickets and submit for invoicing

  • Coordinate with operations, finance, billing, supply chain as needed to complete assigned tasks

  • Issue purchase requests, coordinate new vendor setups and changes

  • Purchase miscellaneous safety equipment needed for operations

  • Assumes other duties and responsibilities as required 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS




    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • At least 1 year experience with administrative duties

    • Proficient knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and meet goals and deadlines.

    • Good written and verbal communication skills required

    • Excellent organizational skills

    • Proven ethics, professionalism and discretion

    • Must be detail oriented
