The Assistant Regional Director role is pivotal in supporting Radiation and Imaging Team supporting the US Oncology Network. This position collaborates closely with the data analytics, finance, and other departments to ensure the generation of consistent and accurate data. The Assistant Regional Director is responsible for providing insightful data analysis and presentation materials for practice engagements and educational purposes on specific projects and engagements. The position also requires collaboration with various business units to expand Radiation and Imaging Services across the network and may include executing additional national projects as needed.


**25% Travel within US


Assists Regional Directors by:

• Providing Project Management Services, including process management and documentation


• Working with operations, data analytics, finance and others to generate consistent data


• Providing data analysis and insights on specific projects and engagements


• Developing presentation materials used for practice engagements and education


• Developing toolkits and communication plans for key initiatives

• Developing education materials to be distributed in the network


• Participating in the planning and execution of the R&I Team's goals


• Collaborating with other business units to grow Radiation and Imaging Services across the network


• Executing additional national projects as they may arise.

Minimum Requirement



Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.



Education



Bachelor's degree in related field



Critical Skills

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Radiation Oncology, Diagnostic Imaging, Data Analytics or Project Management


• Ability to assess and understand financial reports and business reports.


• Proficient in using Microsoft applications to present and manipulate data.


• Strong working knowledge of Radiation and Imaging Services.


• Time management skills to ensure business timelines are met.


• Excellent customer service


• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.


• Ability to collaborate with other teams


• Ability to deal with ambiguity


• Must be able to build relationships with key leaders, staff and physicians


• Exercises sound knowledge and good judgment.


• Accountable and results oriented.


• Able to travel as business needs arise

Salary: 83,300.00 - 111,100.00 - 138,900.00 USD Annual (Target 100K)
