Our client is a leading private investment firm specializing in global real estate. With investments in over 30 countries, the firm is led by experienced professionals in acquisitions, asset management, and investor relations. They are seeking an HR Analyst to join their team in their Miami Beach office!



Your new role


As the HR Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support across the private equity group, including their property trust affiliates. You will be responsible for data management, onboarding, reporting, and analytics across the organization, working closely with teams within their portfolio companies. This role is fully onsite in their new Miami Beach Office, with the potential flexibility of one day hybrid in the future.



What you'll need to succeed

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 3-5 years of strong HR analytics, data management, and reporting


• Must be from the Financial Services or similar industry


• Strong Excel skills are essential (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation).


• Proficiency in HR software (UltiPro/UKG) and Microsoft Office Suite


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
