Financial Analysis Lead Analyst - Verity Solutions at Cigna in Kirkland, Washington

POSITION SUMMARY

The primary function of this role is to support the Verity Solutions VHUB product from a financial perspective. The position will involve financial forecasting and reconciliation, and work closely with Verity's pharmacy partners. The position will also have significant client and customer interaction as Verity works to provide accurate financial information to all of our business partners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Facilitating accurate and timely information transfer between Verity Systems and pharmacy partners


• Perform monthly close functions including financial reporting, and variance analysis


• Engage hospital systems to understand disjoints in invoices or receipts


• Work with immediate and extended finance team on forecasts, budgets and variance analysis to understand drivers of performance


• Drive efficiencies in production tasks by enhancing and automating existing reporting.


• Collaborate with business partners throughout Verity Solutions and Evernoth


• Other Ad-Hoc Projects/Requests as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in related field


• 4+ years of Experience (preferably in Finance/Accounting function with some Healthcare experience) preferred


• Must be highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint


• Understanding of financial reporting/analysis.


• Ability to present complex information in a way that is easy to understand.


• Ability to work with a wide range of individuals and have a service oriented approach.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 73,800 - 123,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
