Highline Post Acute is hiring a Sous Chef!

What to expect:

As the Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Dietary Manager and help supervise the kitchen and members of the dietary team. Duties will include prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness and dietary restrictions, and arranging and garnishing the dishes. You will also be in charge of ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.

Successful Candidates:


  • Experience as a cook is required

  • Kitchen management experience is required

  • Servesafe certification a plus!
