ECS is seeking a Mail Inventory Analyst (Junior) to work in our Atlanta, GA office.



Job Description:


Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to designated facilities
• Perform physical counts of any MRC trailer volume, with summarization
• Record physical counts on designated tracking sheets that will include observations of mail condition and handling
• Deliver count records to assigned USPS Business PM
• Attend meetings as directed

End date 2/28/25



Required Skills:

• 
  US Citizen or Green Card holder and must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  
• Ability to accurately count
• Ability to accurately record data
• Basic data entry and recording
• Basic level of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook usage
• Ability to communicate results in verbally and in writing
