The Psychometrist I working in our Pediatric Duncan Clinic under direct supervision, administers cognitive, psychological, and academic tests to patients. Also scores patient test results and provides scoring reports for evaluation and further treatment of the patient; assists in research data acquisition, input, and analysis. A pediatric psychometrist administers and scores psychological and neuropsychological tests to help patients with diagnoses and treatment plans. These tests can measure a child's strengths and weaknesses in areas like cognitive functioning, attention, memory, and language skills.

Position Key Accountabilities:
Certification/Skills:
Certified Specialist in Psychometry (CSP) from the Board of Certified Psychometrists (BCP) - preferred.
Basic computer skills using Windows, Word and Excel.
Ability to interact with a diverse adolescent and adult population in a clinical setting.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
Minimum Experience:
None.
Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
Security Sensitive:

Residency Requirement:
