Location: Canton, MA (Hybrid)


This is a hybrid position primarily based in Canton, MA. This position works in a deadline-driven environment where tasks need to be completed in a timely manner with high quality and reliability. There are specific service level standards related to the review and processing of the transactions supported within the Unit. Transactions need to be reviewed and processed according to timelines to avoid financial impact to the organization and to the client. If you're the type of person that likes to be detailed oriented and take pride in working through a workload, you will find this position very rewarding.

Individuals in this role will need to be able to prioritize their daily work to meet the challenging demands and be ready to respond to increased work volumes. You will be reaching out to shareholders, client teams, Banking vendors and Relationship Managers as necessary by phone, e-mail and letters. Preforms share tracking and cleanup of transactions to keep clients in balance.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Responsible for processing high volume internal/external shareholder transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail.

Stop check and wire to shareholders/Replacement of FX checks. Working with internal and external stakeholders.

Researching CPU Accounts - Internal and External.

Create and track Weekly share out of balance reports for Operations and reconciliation in Montreal until the transaction is cleared. Makes check deposits after being tracked via Matrix. Cross training in the department on existing functions for vacation coverage.

Process Funds Movement for Manual checks and ACH reject.

Create and maintain the buy in and Age Record Difference Reporting Per SEC 17-AD-11 requirements. Work on project to identify and fix accounts determined to have excess shares. Cross training in the department on existing function for vacation coverage.

Working with the Security team on the set up of templates for the review for Wire Rejects for TA, ESPP and SOI.

As you can imagine, we need you to have great attention to detail. Supporting a core process isn't an easy job, so being able to think independently, problem solve, and work quickly are some key skills that you'll need for this role.

Other key skills required for the role include:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience
  • Strong skills in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
  • Comfortable in pure transaction process role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable with calculations and numbers
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Must have experience with researching and analysis
  • Experience with SCRIP required
Preferred:
  • Previous Banking and/or Finance experience
