Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


• Monitor residents' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.


• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.


• Provide education and support to residents and their families.


• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN license in the state of California.


• Prior experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
