Your Day-to-Day:




  • Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers at our service location, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.


  • Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate service appointments with efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of our expert services.


  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels.


  • Transaction Management: Process orders, handle billing inquiries, and ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded.


What We're Looking For:




  • Experience & Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in HVAC or customer service is a plus.


  • Skill Set: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service management systems is essential.


  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, especially within the HVAC industry, will set you up for success.
