Are you a seasoned professional in the hotel industry with a passion for leadership and excellence? Vertex Premier Hotel Services, a leading 3rd party vendor providing hotel cleaning services, is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as an Area General Manager!

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic High-Level Department Head to lead and manage our department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, particularly in Food & Beverage (F&B), before transitioning to a General Manager role in full-service hotels. Local candidates from the Orlando area are a must to ensure familiarity with our market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Expert Interactor: Effectively communicate and collaborate with property executives to align departmental goals with overall business objectives.

- People Person: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with hotel General Managers (GMs) and other key personnel.

- Industry Knowledge: Apply deep understanding of the hotel industry to drive operational excellence, with a strong preference for experience in hotel operations and F&B.

- Credibility: Demonstrate a proven track record of success and reliability in previous roles, earning respect and trust within the industry.

- Preferred Background: Previous experience with Marriott is highly advantageous and will be considered a strong asset.

- Accountability: Exhibit strong follow-through and accountability skills to ensure goals are met and high standards are maintained.

**Qualifications:**

- Extensive experience in the hotel industry, particularly in F&B and hotel operations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams.

- Proven success in a leadership role, with the ability to drive results and meet organizational objectives.
