Position Title: Project Manager
Work Location: Remote
Work Hours: 9AM- 5PM EST
Duration: Contract to hire
Top Responsibilities:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager.
- Project tracking and status reporting, including required actions and workflows.
- Managing processes to ensure timely project progression.
- Understanding interdependencies to ensure effective implementation and managing escalation processes for issues.
- Effectively communicating and facilitating project meetings.
Required Skills/Attributes:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to ask questions to ensure understanding.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Preferred Skills/Attributes:
- Experience with Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) providers.
- Healthcare operations experience, especially with Medicaid networks and clinical operations.
- Proficiency in MS Project and OneNote.
Ideal Candidate Background:
The ideal candidate has experience Medicaid provider operations as a Business Analyst or Project Manager. They are process-oriented, thorough, and detail-minded, with a highly analytical mind and strong organizational skills. They ask questions and work through processes rigorously. Proficiency in MS suite tools (Outlook, OneNote, Excel, etc.) is essential.
