Job Description
Project Oversight: Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure timely project completion while following the scope and budget.
Safety Management: Collaborate with the Safety Director to uphold site safety standards, ensuring all processes and practices adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Resource Management: Effectively manage internal resources and subcontractor contracts, including bid letting, invoicing approval, and performance monitoring.
Communication and Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on project status and facilitating seamless collaboration between on-site personnel, job superintendents, team leads, and project engineers.
Schedule and Budget Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and manage project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met while delivering quality workmanship.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized and detailed records/documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including Construction Management, Install, and Service, to ensure smooth transitions between project stages and facilitate efficient project completion.
Sales Support: Assist Construction Management sales efforts as needed, providing technical expertise and project insights to support customer engagement and business development initiatives

Qualifications
