Your Role:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the company as Jaffrey Manufacturing Finance Business Partner/Analyst. As a key business partner, you will steer data-driven decisions and drive financials results while supporting a high growth manufacturing site within our network. You ensure costs are well managed and support the end goal of delivering on our growth strategy while also aligning to interal controls. The role provides leadership to our shared accounting service organization and compliments their work with local accounting entries. You maintain a wide array of financial analytics including output performance, compensation analysis, variance analysis, budget v. actuals, and efficiency performance. You have a strong ability to analyze financial data and communicate key message to steer site leadership and influence results.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
3-5+ years of financial analyst/accounting/ or manufacturing environment experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Self starter, autonomous individual who can drive solutions on a wide-array of challenging topics
Strong communication skill with ability to influence decision makers
Experience in supporting financial evaluations, discounted cashflow, CapEx investments business cases
Financial process improvement mind-set
Executive level communication skill
Manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and strong business partnering
