Formulation Technician I - Manufacturing Role in Florence

Responsibilities:

• Operate automated and manual chemical process equipment, ensuring compliance with established procedures, Good Manufacturing Procedures, and Safety guidelines.


• Maintain a clean and safe process area, adhering to Safety & Environmental guidelines/policies as well as cGMP and other regulatory requirements.


• Accurately record and analyze processing data to maintain process parameters within designated limits.


• Make recommendations for improving process operations, contributing to our commitment to continuous improvement.


• Inspect finished products to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.


• Receive and check raw materials and chemical intermediate deliveries, maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.


• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in production/manufacturing or an associate degree preferred.


• Strong mechanical competence.


• Familiarity with established operational processes and solid understanding of essential equipment.


• Good problem-solving skills and ability to apply basic mathematical principles.
