Job Description:
<p>As a Retail Sales Specialist in our home theater department, you'll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You'll maintain expert-level knowledge of all products in the home theater category, including specifications, features and benefits. You'll also use effective time management strategies to optimize daily tasks and responsibilities.<br><br><b>What you'll do</b></p><ul><li>Engage with customers in the home theater department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals</li><li>Stay informed about the latest technology trends and products through continuous learning and professional development</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, complains and returns professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience</li><li>Prioritize activities based on urgency and importance, set realistic deadlines and use tools and techniques to manage time effectively</li><li>Maintain department merchandising and readiness to serve customers</li><li>Train other sales floor personnel on how to be successful in the department</li></ul><b>Basic qualifications</b><ul><li>1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields </li></ul> <b>Preferred qualifications </b><ul><li>1 year of leadership experience in related field or military leadership equivalent</li><li>1 year of experience selling in premium products, luxury brands and/or custom design environments</li><li>1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM)</li></ul> <b>What's in it for you </b><br><br>We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
