This candidate is required sit onsite in San Dimas, CA for the first 30 days.


Leidos QTC Health Services collaborates closely with government and non-government customers to address current and future program needs within the health services domain. We specialize in disability-focused medical examinations, independent medical exams and review services, occupational health services, diagnostic testing, and case management solutions. In this rewarding role, you will:



  • Solve your customer problems end-to-end by delivering key product outcomes in alignment with the vision and strategic directions established by the Value Stream Manager.

  • Maximize the value delivered by the effort of the team.

  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer success teams to build solutions that increase customer satisfaction.

  •  Use product analytics to understand how customers use the product, and help guide decisions on future improvements and optimizations.

  • Provide clarity for your teammates about vision and goals.

  • Collaborate with the Value Stream Manager in the management of the value stream level backlog.

  • Own and manage the team level backlog. Create, refine, order and communicate Product Backlog Items (PBI’s) (i.e. user stories) ensuring that the most valuable work is actioned by the team at the best time.

  • Facilitate team backlog item refinement sessions, and co-facilitate value stream level refinement sessions when and with various attendees as required to ensure a healthy availability of ready PBI’s supporting value stream and team level goals.

  • Facilitate team level events such as backlog refinement and Sprint Planning.

  • Participate in Value Stream Manager led combined planning preparation activities.

  • Collaborate with other team Product Owners to achieve successful combined outcomes.


 Required:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline w/ 5 years of relevant professional experience (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree).

  • Working knowledge with Microsoft SharePoint, Office (Word, Excel), MS Project, Visio and PowerPoint.

  • Working knowledge of Scrum.

  • Experience with different prioritization methods.

  • Advanced Product Owner certification such as CSPO or CPO.

  • Working knowledge of application programming, database, system design and well as web-based and client/server architectures.

  • Working knowledge of Restful API's.

  • Working knowledge of SQL.

  • Working knowledge of UX/UI .


Pay and Benefits:


Salary Range: $85,000-$107,000 w/ up to 8% bonus eligibility


The salary ranges for each level are as follows:


Level 3- 5-9 years of experience: $85,000-$107,000 w/ up to 8% bonus eligibility


Level 4: 9-14 years of experience: $96,000-$123,000 w/ up to 8% bonus eligibility
