The City of St. Helens, Oregon, is seeking full-time Engineer I, an Engineer II, and an Engineer III. Engineer I provides engineering services to develop water, sewer, street, storm drainage, and other public works projects. Engineer I - Pay We offer a competitive pay scale that increases annually based on performance. The step range for the position is $6,323 to $7,686. Engineer II provides advanced level professional civil engineering work in design, review, planning, construction, and maintenance of public works projects. Engineer II - Pay We offer a competitive pay scale that increases annually based on performance. The step range for the position is $7,712 to $9,374. Engineer III provides operational direction, control, and management for utilities and infrastructure engineering, transportation engineering, construction management, and development review under the guidance of the Engineering Division Manager. Engineer III - Pay We offer a competitive pay scale that increases annually based on performance. The step range for the position is $7,910 to $9,686.
