Job Title: Business Development Engineer
Location: Newark, CA
Full-time/Onsite
Job Function: Business Development for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions


Job Overview:
The Business Development Engineer is responsible for market and ecosystem development of AI Modules, AI Edge Gateways and AI Edge Servers. This role will work with both customers and partners to help successfully rollout of the company's AI product portfolio.


Responsibilities:
1. Represent the company to support sales with new customers
* Work with sales to support new customers with presentations and demos
* Travel with sales to present technical and market details during meetings
* Travel to conferences to represent the company at trade shows and technical conferences


2. Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)
* Find and develop new AI ISVs
* Work with new and existing ISVs to align them with our AI IHV partners
* Work with ISVs to provide AI demos to our customers


3. AI Market Segments
* Specialize in fully understanding at least two market segments which is committed to with our AI solutions
* Competitive analysis in each assigned market segment
* Be prepared to present to the executive staff at least once per month on topics related to these market segments


Required Education and Work Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering (or equivalent)
* 3-5 years of experience in computer AI HW design or AI software
* Comfortable describing technical issues to a diverse audience
* Be able to travel both domestically and internationally
* US Residency required
