The Security Rotational Development Program begins in June 2025 and provides recent college graduates with challenging assignments, training and valuable exposure to Equifax's senior leaders. This is a 2 year rotational program focused on providing hands-on experience in a Security Engineer role through three rotations in various security disciplines including engineering, cyber security and identity security.

Additionally:
This position requires that you adhere to a hybrid schedule. Equifax's return to office (RTO) policy includes weekly onsite expectations each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Monday and Friday are remote work days.
Must be local to Atlanta and have the ability to commute to our offices in Alpharetta, GA and/or midtown ATL (OAC) depending on assignments.
We are only considering applicants with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or equivalent field with a planned graduation date of May 2025.

What you'll do
Work in the various security teams to respond to inquiries and perform initial triage
Assist with the creation of new tools and scripts for auto-remediation of incidents.
Work closely with development and operations teams assisting in building highly available and cost effective systems.
Participate in measuring and monitoring system impairments and outages.
Assist the cloud operations team in resolving system issues.
Support a global program to identify, exploit, report, and work with partners to remediate vulnerabilities
Provide recommendations to improve security posture going forward
What experience you need
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or equivalent field
Graduation Date must be May 2025
Must be local to Atlanta
Strong technical acumen and analytical skills
What could set you apart
Priority given to security related degrees as well as any security related project, internships, certifications and/or security tool experience
Experience managing daily project goals and schedules, adjusting expectations and setting priorities (academically or professionally)
Exposure and knowledge of cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Azure)
Exposure and Knowledge of program languages such as Python, Django, Ruby, Bash, PowerShell, Java, C#, Go, Perl (GitHub)
Detail-oriented and timeline driven with an emphasis on accuracy and results
Proven problem solving and decision-making ability
Ability to collaborate and work successfully in a team environment
