We are looking for an Implementation Planning Support (IPS) Project Mgmt- Launch Process Owner who has a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional projects.  The primary responsibility of this role is to own the Product Launch Readiness Process within IPS and leading IPS teams to prepare IPS for new product launches.  This role requires scoping, developing and optimizing internal processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and changes.  Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

The Opportunity:


  •  Responsible for launch process activities within the IPS organization regarding new operational tools, product launches and internal processes.  


  • Works across all franchises and functional groups in IPS and interfaces with the Launch Change Management Team and RSN.  


  • Collaborates with key stakeholders on governance and change control strategies of the launch process and leads the implementation of those strategies in IPS. 


  • Serves as a business process owner of the IPS launch process.


  • Develops and maintains a product launch readiness process that creates a structured approach to product launches within the IPS organization. 


  •  Ensures organizational readiness for upcoming changes. 


  • Establishes roles and responsibilities within the organization for product launches and ensures participation of all relevant functions. 


  • Create, monitor and report on metrics regarding product launch readiness effectiveness to IPS leadership.


  • Conduct lessons learned reviews and implement continuous improvement of the process for IPS.


  • Communicates launch process and specific launch project information to both leadership and the broader organization.


  • This is a field based role 


Who You Are:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education


  • 7 years professional experience in a related field; OR 5 years with a Master’s degree


Preferences, Skills & Competencies


  • Certified Change Management professional (ProSci) or equivalent.


  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.


  • Process design and implementation experience.


  • Process maturity.


  • Experience in designing adult learning/training and execution.


  • Proven skills in stakeholder management, and team management that are not direct reports. 


  • Proven customer-centric mindset (internal & external).


  • Comfortable with handling ambiguity and taking decisions.


  • Experience in working in multi-functional teams, organizational and project management skills, especially in matrix structures, considering/balancing interests of senior stakeholders from different functions.


  • Good change management and conflict management skills and experience.


  • Ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.


  • Demonstrated experience and success with building networks and teams.


Relocation benefits are not available for this position

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis  is $94,900.00 to $176,200.00.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
