iBanker Specialist: 

Your attention to detail and supportive nature will shine as our part-time iBanker Specialist, where you will assist customers with various financial transactions through our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). As a highly focused and meticulous individual, you'll deliver top-notch service and guidance to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and accurately. You will embrace the opportunity to build positive relationships with our valued clients, presenting them with tailored products and solutions to meet their financial goals.  What you’ll do as the iBanker Specialist: 


  • Assist customers with their needs through an on-screen and interactive video experience

  • Process transactional requests while also providing guidance and education on products, services, and digital needs as requested

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers

  • Maintain complete and up-to-date knowledge of the transaction functionality of the ITM

  • Protect customer confidentiality and privacy in all interactions

What you’ll need to be our iBanker Specialist: 


  • Availability to work afternoon/evening/Saturday hours

  • Unselfish and approachable with a preference for detailed, skill-based work

  • A patient, conscientious, relaxed, and cooperative team player 

  • Accommodating and analytical, while producing highly precise and accurate work

  • Basic computer and software skills, specifically the use of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to multi-task, and handle high volume calls/lines on a regular basis

  • Project a professional image, attitude, and appearance

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
