Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Administrative Assistants to place with our clients across various industries. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth office management, and providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain and update filing systems and databases
Assist with travel arrangements and event planning
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Provide general support to executives, managers, and staff
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist in the preparation of reports and meeting materials
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
