This is a full-time, position scheduled to work Monday through Friday with core hours between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM working at University Hospital and East Medical Center in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Clinic Manager / RN Clinic Manager - Radiation Oncology to:


  • Lead the first upright proton therapy program in the U.S. in partnership with Leo Cancer Care
  • Be part of UW Health | Carbone Cancer Center and lead us through advancing and understanding the treatment of cancer

Education :

If Clinic Manager:

Minimum - Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business, or related health field

Preferred - Master's degree in health care management, business, or related health field

If RN Clinic Manager:

Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)

Preferred - Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field

Work Experience :

If Clinic Manager:

Minimum - Two (2) years of health care operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience. An equivalent and relevant combination of Master's level education, fellowship, or experience may be considered in lieu of total experience.

Preferred -


  • Five (5) years of progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience.
  • Previous clinic/healthcare management experience.

If RN Clinic Manager:

Minimum - Two (2) years of health care operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience.

Preferred -


  • Five (5) years of progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience.
  • Previous clinic/healthcare management experience.

Licenses and Certifications :

If Clinic Manager:

Minimum - None

If RN Clinic Manager:

Minimum - Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations

Preferred - Applicable clinical certification
