The Technology Strategy & Architecture (TS&A) organization is responsible for building and maturing core capabilities to run Zoetis Tech & Digital with the discipline of a business, driving a cohesive approach to strategy planning, portfolio execution, and value realization while optimizing technology costs.
Within the Strategic Portfolio Management Office (SPMO) of Zoetis Tech & Digital, this position will be accountable for the successful integration of agile ways of working into our project management practices and execution methodology with a focus on delivering business value and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Accommodate and support agile as a new methodology within our delivery framework enabling us to be nimbler, more business-value focused, and more product oriented
Working with Portfolio Process Lead, mature our PMO practices to be more contemplative of agile practices and continuous improvement mindset
Identify opportunities to execute agile practices and methodology to deliver customer value earlier
Maintain current state inventory of teams utilizing agile to understand engagement models, challenges, and roadblocks
Inventory current agile tools and practices, identify rationalization opportunities and align with key stakeholders around plan and approach
Work with Portfolio Planning Lead to identify opportunities during Op Plan process for teams to execute work utilizing agile methodology
Provide guidance on defining and developing project metrics to ensure value is being delivered
Promote agile as a new way of executing work within ZTD
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required with 3-5+ years of experience working in an agile role (Agile Coach, Product Owner, Scrum Master, etc.)
Knowledge of SAFe required
Agile certifications a plus including SAFe certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or others Project Management Professional (PMP
Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in agile methodologies
Practical experience with a variety of delivery methodologies
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, especially across different functions and levels of management
Strong written and verbal communications, fluency in English
Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
Proven knowledge of lean portfolio and financial management
Ability to build successful working relationships with business partners
Bias for action and ability to overcome challenges with positive outcomes
Ability to thrive in a diverse and fast-paced environment
Can-do, positive attitude and ability to fail forward
Strong proficiency in agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in Colorado. Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.
Base Pay Range: $69,000 - $108,000
The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in California, NJ Remote, NY Remote, or Washington. Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.
Base Pay Range: $78,000 - $122,000
This position is eligible for short-term incentive compensation.
