Human Resource Generalist

AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Human Resource Generalist to be located in Mountville, PA. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, the Human Resource Generalist will play a crucial role in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, compliance, and other related activities.

JOB DUTIES:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, pro-actively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.


• Manage the employee LMS system and ensure compliance with training.


• Own the lifecycle of conducting pre-employment testing, to onboarding a new hire as well as processing the new hire into the system, ensuring data accuracy.


• Partners with HRBPs at headquarters location to provide sourcing, administrative and screening support for the recruitment function along with onboarding and off-boarding support and talent processes.


• Supports the delivery of ad-hoc projects throughout the year which will include research, analysis and the development of recommendations.


• Assists with and helps to administer the company’s talent development strategies including those associated with succession planning, talent engagement and retention, career path/progression, and training initiatives to support business objectives and increase employee and organization capabilities.


• Stay current on HR trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations and guidance to management.


• Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and support organizational goals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


• 2-4 years of experience in human resources roles, with a focus on HR generalist functions.


• Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to see the bigger picture and think strategically.


• Ability to handle high volumes of work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining excellent delivery and quality performance.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


• Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
