Description: I have a fantastic need for a Physical Therapist for a Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, and consults with other specialists/physicians


• Conducts therapy practice within defined standards of care.


• Directs the assistance of support staff to achieve patients' functional goals.


• Documents evaluations, treatment goals, and plans. Regularly updates documentation.


• Prepares and maintains equipment


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Educations, and Experience

• Must hold a valid state license to practice physical therapy.


• Graduate of an approved physical therapy program.


• At least two years of experience as a physical therapist (preferred)


• Must have a thorough knowledge of third party billing.


• General knowledge of various EHR systems, computer programs and applications


• Experienced in handling paperwork/scanning/uploading adequately
