Job Summary

Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Facilitate the analyses and mapping of processes
Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements
Identify improvement opportunities and inefficiencies
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement ideas for continuous improvement
Utilize data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain metrics to measure the success and impact of continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as a change agent, driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate the benefits of proposed changes and garner support.
Develop and deliver training programs to support a culture of learning, agility, and continuous improvement.
Advise and coach teams in executing improvement initiatives
Assist or lead multiple CI initiatives
Collaborate with CI initiative (kaizen) owners to achieve implementation of their improvement ideas
Utilize facilitation skills to enable teams to discover and improve together
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, Agile, Lean, Human Performance Improvement (HPI), Human & Organizational Performance (HOP), Change Management, or a related field –OR– Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Process Engineering, Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field
Experience with data visualization tools and business process mapping
Experience with training and/or facilitating
Skills required: Problem solving, project management, organization, leadership, communication, training, facilitation, collaboration, and strategist
Highly desired certifications: Agile (Kanban, Scrum, etc.), Lean (kaizen, Shingo, Root Cause Analysis, etc.), or Six Sigma certification (any level).
Helpful certifications: Business Process Management (BPM) certification, Project Management Professional certification (CAPM or PMP), or Change Management Professional certification (ACMP or CCMP)
Key Metrics
Survey outcomes improve (employee engagement, training effectiveness, etc.)
Improve Continuous Improvement culture
Yearly Objectives & Key Results (OKR) met, typically including:
Operational Learning performed & learnings shared
Incremental improvement achieved through process optimization.
Stakeholder satisfaction with implemented improvements.
